The lights of Wonderland twinkled like speckles of hope in the distance as Jafar made his way through the streets, his quest nearly at its end. For so long, he had been looking for someone to fufil his wish, and now, perhaps, it could be done.

Magic.... was such an interesting element to play with. So many things one could do, so many hearts one could use to their will and whim. This last heart, though... Jafar would have fun with it whilst he could. Ducking into a nearby tavern, he couldn't help but wrinkle his nose at the various smells that filled his senses - so very different from home.

Taking a seat at the bar, Jafar lounged casually back, ignoring the few who turned to look at him, instead watching one particular man with great interest, waiting to be acknowledged.
